Clinical Nurse Specialist Primary Care (1.0 FTE)

NBPH is seeking a CNS – Primary Care to provide clinical leadership across primary and community services, while leading infectious disease nursing practice. The role supports outreach clinics, education and workforce development, multidisciplinary and gateway assessments, and equity-focused care. You will strengthen pathways between hospital, primary care, and community teams, provide specialist input for complex cases, and support workforce capability through coaching and preceptorship.
