Nelson Bays Primary Health is looking for an experienced, energetic and forward-thinking leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Executive Manager, General Practice & Integration.
This is much more than a traditional management role. It is an opportunity to work in a positive, agile and relationship-focused PHO where new ideas are welcomed and there is real scope to influence how healthcare evolves across Nelson Tasman.
You will work closely with general practice, hospital and specialist services, Māori health providers and community partners to strengthen sustainable general practice, develop new and innovative models of care and support the shift towards greater integration and more healthcare closer to home.
Just as importantly, this is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced operational environment. You will lead teams across key portfolios and need to be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and operational delivery – rolling up your sleeves, deep-diving into complex service delivery issues and working alongside your teams and system partners to find practical solutions to keep things moving.
