Operations Manager (1.0 FTE)

The Medical and Injury Centre provides a high quality and accessible Urgent Care medical service for the population of greater Nelson, in addition to also operating as a general practice with an enrolled population. The Medical and Injury Centre is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 10:00pm and is located next to the emergency department of Nelson Hospital on 98 Waimea Road, Nelson. We are currently recruiting for the role of:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Full time (40 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and multi-skilled Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the ongoing growth, profitability and success of the practice.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ideal person will thrive on juggling to meet the variety of business demands related to running a busy urgent care facility, whilst also leading our talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver best practice at top of scope.

The ideal person will be an experienced practice manager with proven business acumen, someone who delivers with great relationship, IT, and organisation skills, and thrives in the dynamic, fast paced health sector environment. Utilising your strengths of leading a positive team culture that adapts to the ever-evolving service delivery needs and thrives on delivering great primary health care service for our patients will cement your satisfaction levels in this role.
