Senior Practice Nurse 0.6-0.8FTE
Hauora Health is looking for an experienced senior Practice Nurse with strong clinical skills and a dedication to excellent patient care and nurturing of junior colleagues.
This position is flexible, offering 0.6-0.8 FTE with excellent over-MECA (level 7 + merit + PDRP allowance) remuneration for the right candidate.
Immediate or soonest start is preferred.

About you:
Authorised Independent Vaccinator essential
Certified smear taker essential
Post-graduate studies preferred
Strong clinical skills and sound professional judgement evidenced in past general practice roles
A positive leadership style and willingness to support others
Ability to mentor and support other nurses within a team environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Provide clinical guidance and support to other Practice Nurses
Deliver primary care nursing services, including triage, assessments, immunisations, and chronic condition management
Assist with minor surgical procedures
Follow up on patient test results and communicate with patients as appropriate
