Wellby: Seeking an Independent Evaluation to Assess its Impact

Nelson Bays Primary Health is proud to support Wellby, a community-led initiative that’s helping the people of Nelson Tasman to better connect to their communities.

The Wellby programme is seeking an independent evaluation to assess its impact, including its Social Return on Investment (SROI). The programme, inspired by the UK’s Frome Model, aims to enhance community wellbeing through initiatives like Talking Cafes, a Found Directory of services, and community connectors.

- Stakeholder engagement and feedback
- Recommendations for programme improvement
