Erin joined Nelson Bays Primary Health in 2024 as Strategic Performance Lead, bringing over 15 years of experience in health system improvement, strategy, and performance. She has held senior roles across the health system, where she contributed to a wide range of initiatives focused on service design & improvement, data analytics, and health equity. 

Erin is passionate about using data and evidence to drive meaningful change, with a strong focus on sustainability, integrated care, and improving outcomes for communities.  

In her role, she supports the alignment of organisational performance with strategic priorities and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
