Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) is the Primary Health Organisation (PHO) for the Nelson Tasman region. PHO’s lead and co-ordinate primary health care within the local community. NBPH also manages an integrated health facility, Golden Bay Community Health, who deliver a wide range of health services to the local rural community in Takaka; and is a joint partner in Medical and Injury Centre, an after-hours and urgent care health provider in Nelson/Tasman region.

We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Advisor to support our leaders and teams with practical, trusted advice across the employee lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity for a special someone to join our small, dedicated and versatile People and Capability team.
With a requirement to work closely with our dedicated management teams across our locations, this advisory role offers variety at every level. The operating context includes Collective and Individual Employment Agreement terms, 24/7 health service delivery, a workforce of multi-disciplinary teams in registered and non-registered positions, all within the dynamic and evolving primary health sector.
You may be an experienced HR generalist looking for new challenge, or an intermediate level HR professional looking to expand your career potential through practical experience within a dynamic health-based team environment.
