Finance Manager (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
Nelson Bays Primary Health (NBPH) delivers and supports quality community health services, with an emphasis on equity, access and keeping people healthy. NBPH is a Primary Health Organisation that also manages an integrated health facility, Golden Bay Community Health, who deliver a wide range of health services to the local rural community in Takaka, and is a business partner of the urgent and after-hours medical care service based at Medical and Injury Centre, Nelson.

We are looking for a skilled, capable and dynamic:
Finance Manager
64 - 80 hours per fortnight (0.8 to 1.0 FTE)
Hours flexible for the preferred candidate
Are you:
an adaptable, experienced and capable Financial Accountant (CA/CPA qualified)
someone who will thrive in a versatile, dynamic health sector role
wanting to work closely with a small, dedicated and adaptable leadership team
looking to be valued in this key enabler role, leading a small dedicated team, reporting directly to the CFO

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role of Finance Manager will work closely with other members of the leadership team and is based at our Richmond office.
This role is well suited to an experienced financial accountant ready to take the next step into team leadership.
This role offers variety at every level. NBPH operates as a Charitable Trust, the finance team also provide financial services to Medical and Injury Centre as a separate a joint partnership organisation, working to enable a multi-disciplinary team committed to improving healthcare and wellbeing in the community, within the dynamic and evolving primary health sector.
To apply you will need a minimum of CA/CPA qualification, experience in key finance role in NZ, a clean driver’s licence and the legal right to work in New Zealand.
