Clinical Lead, Mental Health Services

Are you an experienced mental health clinician ready to step into a part-time leadership role with real impact?

We’re looking for a Clinical Lead – Mental Health Services to provide senior clinical leadership across our integrated primary mental health teams, including youth services and Health Improvement Practitioners.

About the role

·       Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care

·       Support team leads with complex clinical decision-making and risk management

·       Strengthen service integration across primary, community, and secondary care

·       Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and performance

About you

·       Registered health professional with a current APC (e.g. psychologist, nurse, OT, social worker)

·       Strong clinical experience in mental health

·       Proven leadership or senior clinical experience

·       Passion for equity and culturally responsive practice
